Welcome—I’m KC, a holistic clinical mental health counselor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and connection.

My approach to counseling integrates the wisdom of the body, mind, and spirit, and is grounded in somatic practices, neurobiology, human development, systems awareness, and a strong foundation in advocacy and social justice.

Before becoming a counselor, I spent nearly two decades working as a therapeutic massage therapist, specializing in advanced manual therapy techniques, including craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, to support structural balance and nervous system regulation. These experiences have shaped my therapeutic presence—offering grounded, compassionate, and attuned care.

At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens in connection—with ourselves, others, and our environment. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, brave, and curious—where you can explore what feels overwhelming or unclear with someone beside you. I won’t shy away from the uncomfortable topics or emotions, and you won’t be alone as you face them. We will co-create a therapeutic relationship where your lived experience is honored, your nervous system feels safe, and your inner wisdom can emerge.

I work with people navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with young adults (ages 18–30) and individuals who identify as queer and/or neurodivergent. My work draws from somatic approaches, expressive arts, and mindfulness practices. These methods offer alternative ways to access inner knowledge and express emotions—especially when words alone fall short.

I offer an open, affirming space for all. I recognize that we are all shaped by intersecting identities, systems, and life experiences. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your perspective, and walk beside you on your path toward healing and growth.
